Attorney Andrew R. Bosshard specializes in business and tax planning.  Andrew has a broad-based commercial transactional practice including the formation, financing, merger and reorganization of corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies, and charitable organizations, as well as, in tax planning and contract drafting for businesses, individuals, and trusts.  A particular area of specialty is tax planning for tax deferred exchanges and involuntary conversions.  Andrew has given several seminars on the topic and has structured and documented the transfer of roughly $2 billion worth of real estate using these strategies.  He is also experienced in the areas of general corporate and business law, banking law, real estate law, and estate planning.

    In 2006, Andrew was appointed Court Commissioner for La Crosse County Circuit Courts, Branch I.  He also currently serves on the Board of Directors at the First National Bank of Bangor.

    Andrew marks the fourth generation Bosshard family member to serve the firm and the La Crosse legal community.  Prior to returning home to join Bosshard Parke Ltd., he was associated with the law firm of Cades Schutte LLP, a prominent Honolulu law firm.  While in Hawaii, he served leadership roles with the Hawaii State Bar Association, most recently as Vice Chair of the Tax Section.
