Attorney Bennett Myers’ practice centers on civil litigation and family law, and he has also represented clients in business, real property, criminal and delinquency matters.  In his family law practice, he has handled cases involving divorce, child custody and placement, paternity, and child support.

     Bennett is a native of New York who has lived in the midwest ever since he first arrived to attend college in Saint Paul.  He has worked in private practice in Wisconsin and Minnesota, focusing on litigation and family law.  Previously, he worked on numerous misdemeanor and felony cases with both the adult and juvenile divisions of the Public Defender’s office in Milwaukee, after which he developed a curriculum for training student attorneys in delinquency cases.  Bennett also brings to his practice his prior experience as a business owner.  His background and range of experience, both within and outside of the law, give him an exceptional ability to advance his clients’ perspectives and interests.
