Bosshard Parke's taxation department is led by attorneys Joseph J. Connell and Andrew R. Bosshard, supported by four staff members. Joseph's practice consists of giving estate planning and tax advice, structuring employee benefit plans, representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Wisconsin and Minnesota Departments of Revenue, and preparing complex corporate and estate tax returns. Andrew's practice has focused on corporate and partnership tax planning and on tax-deferred transfer, conservation, and exchanges of real estate.  He has also handled tax disputes with the IRS and in the U.S. Tax Court.
