Testimonials

When an individual makes the decision they need to hire an attorney it is commonly due to a stressful event in their lives. This in fact was the case for me. After eighteen years of marriage I needed to find a strong and competent attorney who would be able to successfully represent me and my children. Due to Bosshard/Parke Law maintaining an outstanding reputation I decided to contact them for counsel. Attorney Maryanne Kircher represented and worked with me for over two years to finalize my divorce. The time and effort she spent to advocate for me and my children was impressive. It was clear that her knowledge base was extensive which allowed for a very positive outcome. I also was impressed with the support staff that assisted Maryanne in my case. Teamwork was clearly evident which I greatly appreciated. I feel very blessed to have found a Law Firm that exhibits a high level professionalism and passion. Thanks

J.H.

When I first met Mary Anne Kircher, I was very overwhelmed by the divorce process. After meeting with Mary Anne for about an hour, I felt as if we had a plan. I felt as if things were under control, and even though it was still a difficult situation, I felt as if there was hope. Mary Anne gave me tasks to do so that I could be in control of my case. We worked as a team, which I liked. She was supportive, honest, and kept me informed of all correspondence from my husband’s attorney. I felt that she used time efficiently, and that I was very well represented. Mary Anne explained what was happening, every step of the way, which was very important to me. As in all divorce cases, there was a lot of give and take. There were no “winners” or “losers”. I really liked Mary Ann’s philosophy when things got heated. She often said, “We practice “family “law. We try to get families to work together. We don’t try to tear them apart.” I felt that we went through the divorce process with honesty and dignity. That was important to me in my relationship with my kids. Mary Ann practices ethical law. She kept me on the high road as a result. I never have to look back at the divorce and say, I wish I wouldn’t have done something.

Mary Anne’s integrity was something I was comfortable with from the first meeting to the last. Mary Anne Kircher, is an Attorney Extraordinaire, in my book.

Testimonials

Dear Jason,

I’ve been thinking all weekend of the right words to thank you for the letter you sent to my husband’s attorney last Friday. Amazing and outstanding are just a couple of them. Another big thank you for being so prompt and on top of my divorce case as I am sure my case is just one of many you are working on. I am so glad I have you in my corner. I hope this email brings a smile to your face and you have a great week.

PS: Kudos to Molly too! Behind every excellent attorney is an excellent paralegal.

If anyone has the unfortunate life event of dealing with a divorce, my recommendation would be to team up with Attorney Jason Goldstein of Bosshard | Parke Ltd. When the divorce process begins, the initial expectation is that it can all magically be done quickly and easily, and in many cases it can be, but if your situation is not typical and there is a difficult road ahead to reach that final divorce decree, Attorney Goldstein will stand by your side, answer your questions and guide you through it all. Make no mistake, it is a team effort and good communication is key. Attorney Goldstein’s attention to detail and his ability to effectively articulate my requests brought closure to my difficult divorce situation. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Attorney Goldstein.

J.O.

Mr. Goldstein handled for me what must be the most difficult thing there is. A false accusation where someone is seeking a restraining order. Ordinarily, these are granted almost all the time. But Mr. Goldstein does not accept losing. You can count on him for ethics, fairness, and a superior knowledge.

I.S

Jason, Thank you very much for everything you have done for me and my children. They are here to visit every two weeks and all is going well. Without you, all of this would have never happened.

C.M

Mr. Goldstein: I am just now realizing how much stress was going on in my life. ‘They’ say divorce is so expensive. You were worth it. Every penny! Life is greatly improved. Thanks really doesn’t cover how good I feel. Hope to work together again soon. Again, thanks a lot.

L.R.

Jason: I don’t know where we’d be without your help and I cannot thank you enough for all that you do.
