Laura always provided direct responses to my concerns and needs which helped me to focus on finalizing the divorce. Her knowledge of the law and experiences she has had with past clients helped facilitate my divorce as clearly and smoothly as possible.
Thanks,

I am grateful and appreciative of Laura Seaton and Joan Parke for their thorough knowledge of family law and the legal process throughout a long and difficult divorce. Ms. Seaton’s vast experience was priceless and made a definite difference in the outcome of my case. Ms. Parke’s legal brief and oral argument at appeal were spot on and very well prepared.

Jason Goldstein
Attorney Jason Goldstein is a trial attorney whose practice focuses primarily on family law, civil litigation, business/employment, and criminal law.
Jason has significant experience in all phases of civil litigation, including family, business, collection and employment matters. He zealously advocates for his clients in all stages of each case in his multifaceted practice (from the drafting of initial pleadings through the negotiation/mediation stages and ultimately at trial, if deemed necessary).
The La Crosse Family Court Commissioner’s office has often asked Jason to educate individuals in the process of divorce in its Families First classes. Additionally, Jason has served as guardian ad litem for children and as a court-appointed guardian ad litem and as adversary counsel in guardianship and protective placement proceedings involving adults.
Jason has litigated a multitude of cases involving family law matters such as divorce, paternity, child custody, physical placement, child support, maintenance (alimony), property division, prenuptial agreements, and a myriad of post-divorce related matters. His extensive knowledge and vast experience as a civil litigator also serve him well in representing his divorce clientele who are burdened with complex business, real/personal property, monetary and/or contractual entanglements. In short, Jason’s acquired skills via his comprehensive legal practice, along with his consistent work ethic, fastidious attention to detail, zealous advocacy, understanding and empathetic nature, and decades of experience in the “legal trenches” provide his divorce clients with that sought-after edge in obtaining a successful outcome in their respective cases.
As an essential component of his thorough and developed divorce practice, Jason has honed his expertise in dividing up retirement plans via Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) over his 25 years of family law practice. Jason drafts all of the QDRO’s for the family law attorneys at Bosshard Parke LTD. Further, Jason has been hired by other law firms in the La Crosse area to draft and/or review proposed QDRO’s pursuant to both pending and completed divorce cases.
Jason has represented Bosshard Parke clients, including juveniles, at all levels of the criminal justice process, including all types of misdemeanor and felony level offenses.
In his spare time (when he is not working or engaged in family activities with his two sons and his wife of 25 years), Jason volunteers as the chairperson for the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee for the western region of Wisconsin; in this capacity over the past 20 years, Jason interviews high school students applying for admission to his beloved alma mater, and serves as a liaison/ambassador for Duke University with both prospective applicants as well as with public and private high schools throughout western Wisconsin. Additionally, Jason serves on the Board of Directors for The Parenting Place, a non-profit organization serving La Crosse and surrounding communities with the goal of preparing, strengthening, and supporting parents and caregivers by creating a greater understanding of the impact they have on the lives of children in their care.
Jason has been recognized in 2017 as an AV Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™, the gold standard in attorney ratings. AV Preeminent is the highest possible attorney rating by the prestigious Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, an achievement earned by less than 5% of attorneys nationwide. An AV Preeminent rating reflects the confidential opinions of bar members and the judiciary and attests to both Jason’s outstanding legal ability and steadfast adherence to professional standards of ethics. Testimonials
Jason took over my case after my previous attorney left, and within one week obtained a settlement and a release, a few months go by and on Feb 2023 he was able to obtain my crossclaim settlement from the other defendant.
I’d highly recommend Jason Goldstein and this law firm if you own a business or other matters.
He’s straightforward, honest and approachable.
He will be on speed dial if I have a question related to my business or if I ever need him again.Highly recommend Hannah and Jason G.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but I cannot say enough good things about this law firm and my attorney specifically, Jason Goldstein.
Jason has represented me twice now in the past 4 years and both times I have been very satisfied with his work.
He was always professional and cared about my son and I from the start. He guided me through the process and advised me on all topics every step of the way. I had a lot of questions for him and he always took time to explain things to me. Jason’s advice is very direct and I really appreciated how he made me see the realistic view of my case- even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. He is a detailed driven attorney and his work is exceedingly thorough. He ALWAYS got back to me in a timely manner and I can’t say enough how communicative he is with everything.
I am very fortunate to have had him as my lawyer. You won’t find a harder working attorney who is sincerely interested in helping you.
S.J.
Jason began handling my case after the termination of my first lawyer. I wish he had been my first, which would have saved me a lot of time and dollars in the long run. I quickly became very confident in Jason’s abilities and comfortable discussing everything with him. Five years after the divorce, I immediately contacted Jason on a follow up matter, which was resolved with less than two of his work hours. While l hope, I will never again be stupid enough to require his services but, I would recommend him to an equally stupid friend. Jason is a hard charging individual, cuts through legal challenges and gets the job done, quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively. Time is money and Jason’s time is worth the money 🙂

Dear Jason,
I’ve been thinking all weekend of the right words to thank you for the letter you sent to my husband’s attorney last Friday. Amazing and outstanding are just a couple of them. Another big thank you for being so prompt and on top of my divorce case as I am sure my case is just one of many you are working on. I am so glad I have you in my corner. I hope this email brings a smile to your face and you have a great week.
PS: Kudos to Molly too! Behind every excellent attorney is an excellent paralegal.

If anyone has the unfortunate life event of dealing with a divorce, my recommendation would be to team up with Attorney Jason Goldstein of Bosshard | Parke Ltd. When the divorce process begins, the initial expectation is that it can all magically be done quickly and easily, and in many cases it can be, but if your situation is not typical and there is a difficult road ahead to reach that final divorce decree, Attorney Goldstein will stand by your side, answer your questions and guide you through it all. Make no mistake, it is a team effort and good communication is key. Attorney Goldstein’s attention to detail and his ability to effectively articulate my requests brought closure to my difficult divorce situation. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Attorney Goldstein.
J.O.
Mr. Goldstein handled for me what must be the most difficult thing there is. A false accusation where someone is seeking a restraining order. Ordinarily, these are granted almost all the time. But Mr. Goldstein does not accept losing. You can count on him for ethics, fairness, and a superior knowledge.
I.S
Jason, Thank you very much for everything you have done for me and my children. They are here to visit every two weeks and all is going well. Without you, all of this would have never happened.
C.M
Mr. Goldstein: I am just now realizing how much stress was going on in my life. ‘They’ say divorce is so expensive. You were worth it. Every penny! Life is greatly improved. Thanks really doesn’t cover how good I feel. Hope to work together again soon. Again, thanks a lot.
L.R.
Jason: I don’t know where we’d be without your help and I cannot thank you enough for all that you do.

Jason Goldstein is an excellent advocate to have on your side. His guidance through the most difficult time in my life was done with empathy and proficiency and his attention to detail, knowledge, and expertise was invaluable. He provided me a level of integrity and compassion that was not only appreciated but went beyond what I anticipated. this ability to make his clients feel like a priority, no matter the circumstances, is something to be admired. In the future, if I am ever in need of an attorney again, Jason is the first one I will turn to.
Elaine, his paralegal, also deserves recognition. I am so grateful for her understanding, caring, and kindness throughout my situation. Thank you to both of you!T.T
Jason Goldstein is a top notch lawyer. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Promptly returned correspondences and always kept me in the loop of what was happening in my case. He is very motivated to resolve a dispute and also brings a level of professionalism to the table which is appreciated. Jason and Elaine take time to listen to the situation and truly care. They did not give me the impression that they are in it for the money, but that they here to help move you forward in the next chapter. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.
Nicole
Over the course of the past year I have worked with Bosshard Parke to resolve a complicated divorce. I cannot say enough good things about Jason Goldstein and his paralegal Elaine. I appreciate Jason’s intelligence, efficiency, empathy and honesty. I felt heard and my approach/thoughts on issues were never pushed aside. Jason was always responsive to my questions and issues as they arose. I am extremely thankful to have had Jason and Elaine on my side, and could not recommend them more highly. Thank you both.
Lauren Castro
Jason Goldstein is truly the best of the best. He’s empathetic, intelligent, professional, and will fight for you like you’re family. Jason came recommended to me by another attorney, and I can 100% understand why. He is worth every single penny-I promise you that. 10/10 will always recommend. P.S. His Paralegal, Elaine, is amazing, too!!
